This paper examines current approaches to improve access to healthier diets in factory settings through employer delivery mechanisms, specifically focusing on Healthy Food at Work, Nutrition Education, Nutrition-focused health checks, and Breastfeeding support programs. It complements a similar study in farm settings. The objective is to support organizations like GAIN in enhancing workforce nutrition programs by evaluating their impact, feasibility, scalability, and resource efficiency. These programs aim to promote healthier eating habits among employees, ultimately improving their health and well-being within workplace structures.
