Global Review of Consumer and Vendor Perspectives on Food Safety

EatSafe conducted two scoping reviews to understand how both food vendors and consumers conceptualize food safety, their attitudes and beliefs about the risk of foodborne illness and how to prevent it, and how this knowledge and these beliefs are reflected in their practices and interactions with one another.

This report has been adapted into two peer-reviewed articles, one in journal Foodborne Pathogens and Disease, and the other in the Journal of Food Protection.
