Enock has a Master's degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences from Makerere University, Uganda. He previously worked for GAIN in Kenya as a Project Manager and Senior Technical Specialist, Agriculture and Nutrition.
Before joining GAIN, he worked with Bioversity International (CGIAR) as both an Associate Expert and Associate Scientist. He worked with Africare International in Uganda, as a Community Nutrition and Sanitation Advisor.
He served with government as a Fisheries Officer for the delivery of extension services aimed at improving the nutritional and economic status of mainly rural communities through fish farming in Uganda.
